Heavy-Duty Industrial Flooring & Structural Waterproofing

Floor dusting, joint spalling, and chemical corrosion degrade manufacturing efficiency. AADEO Solvers delivers seamless, high-abrasion epoxy coatings, thermal-shock resistant PU screeds, and basement crystalline waterproofing engineered for decades of heavy traffic.

Selecting the wrong resin system causes premature cracking or chemical degradation. Match your chemical exposure and mechanical load to the right technical formulation.

Application Anatomy

5-Stage High-Bond Application Protocol

Resin failures almost never stem from the chemical itself — they fail due to rushed substrate prep. We enforce every stage of the ICRI surface bonding cycle.

01

Captive Shot Blasting

Heavy steel-grit mechanical profiling opens aggregate pores to CSP 3–5 profile, stripping all weak laitance.

02

Deep-Penetrating Primer

Low-viscosity 100% solids epoxy primer locks into capillaries to create permanent chemical cross-linking.

03

Mortar Body Screed

Graded silica quartz mortar screed repairs undulations and builds high compressive strength (>50 MPa).

04

Resin Undercoat

Self-leveling resin coat fills pinholes and provides an impervious barrier against aggressive liquids.

05

Chemical Wear Topcoat

UV-stable polyurethane or high-gloss epoxy finish providing customized slip resistance and chemical defense.

Flooring FAQ

Frequently Answered Industrial Flooring Questions

Technical guidance on joint treatment, curing windows, chemical resistance, and slip-resistance ratings.

What is the difference between Epoxy flooring and Polyurethane (PU Concrete) screed?
Epoxy flooring (1mm–3mm) provides a hard, seamless, glossy finish with excellent chemical resistance against oils and solvents, ideal for automotive assembly and clean industrial environments. PU Concrete screeds (3mm–6mm) feature higher elasticity, superior thermal shock resistance (-40°C to +120°C for steam washdowns), and higher impact resistance, making them essential for food processing, chemical plants, and heavy-duty forklift traffic.
Why is mechanical surface preparation critical before applying resin coatings?
Resin coatings applied directly over unprofiled concrete invariably debond and blister within months. AADEO Solvers enforces mechanical surface profiling using captive shot blasting or heavy diamond grinding to remove concrete laitance, open concrete pores to Concrete Surface Profile (CSP 3–5), and vacuum all micro-dust before applying epoxy primer.
What is the maximum moisture content allowable in concrete before coating?
Standard epoxy and PU coatings require concrete slab moisture content to be strictly below 4% to 5% (measured via calibrated impedance or Tramex moisture meters). If high hydrostatic moisture or sub-slab water table pressure is detected, AADEO applies a specialized water-based epoxy moisture mitigation barrier prior to topcoat application.
How fast can an industrial floor be returned to service after coating?
Foot traffic is typically permitted within 24 hours at standard ambient temperatures (25°C–30°C). Light trolley traffic is allowed after 48 hours, and full chemical/heavy forklift trafficking is achieved after complete 7-day cure. For rapid emergency shutdowns, we deploy fast-curing polyaspartic systems that cure within 8 to 12 hours.
Does AADEO Solvers provide Anti-Static (ESD) flooring for cleanrooms and electronics?
Yes. Our Conductive and Static Dissipative (ESD) flooring systems integrate a continuous copper tape grid connected to dedicated electrical earth pits, layered under carbon-impregnated conductive primer and dissipative topcoat to maintain surface electrical resistance between 10^4 and 10^9 ohms.
